Informations about the magazines and the distribution - circulation.

What's the purpose of the Magazines ?

The Mission of the magazine is to Encourage Talent, Promote Self-Esteem, Recognize Achievements and give Merit to Establishments who Develop them. This publishing opportunity is open to All Ages, All Levels, All Sports and All Disciplines. We do not discriminate. We give this opportunity to all equally. We understand the impact and the benefits for a young athlete to be published and be considered as a Professional.

We are not a monthly magazine, we publish as many issues as needed to feature the maximum of athletes.

Distribution – Where and how are the Magazines distributed (print, digital, retail locations, etc)?

The Magazines are exclusively in a Printed format. The PDF format is uploaded online to be viewed on our magazine websites. The magazines are distributed mainly throughout the United States and Canada, with some issues shipped worldwide when ordered. The magazines are distributed according to the advertiser's needs and target market. Printed subscribers receive their copies through Canada and USPS Post.

Circulation – What is the approximate circulation or readership of the magazine?

Our expenses are covered by advertisers. Circulation varies greatly according to advertisers needs and intent. We offer multiple opportunities for advertisers to promote their local talents. For Brand Names and nationwide outlets, we offer multiple Direct Mailing opportunities to reach their advertisement goals & target (Stores, Waiting Rooms, participating Sports outlets, etc). Our readers and published talents are Sports and Fitness Enthusiasts, Health and Outdoor consumers.

Costs – Are there any costs associated with participating to be Featured?

NO... There are no cost to be published at all. The only possible cost is if a published talent may want to buy a printed copy of the magazine. But there are no obligations to buy anything to be published. Our expenses are covered by advertisers.

Examples – Could you share links or copies of previous issues?

We do have some samples posted on our website at www.TeamSpecialEdition.com Our regular editions are 64 pages stapled magazines made of high quality full color paper. On special request, we do 128 pages book binding collection magazines.

Editorial Process – Who oversees the editorial content and athlete selection?

We do not discriminate and we do not edit the articles submitted. This publishing opportunity is open to all. Due to the multiple technical wording and/or various name spelling, we do not edit the articles received. Whenever our Redaction Team feels there may be a mistake, they usually send an email to the article submitter.

Photo & Content Rights – Do we retain rights of the materials submitted?

We do not require exclusivity over the content nor the photos. The copyright owners retain full ownership. Our Publishing Release Agreement is posted on our submission pages and the applicant grants permission to use, reuse and publish the submitted content for publishing and promotional use of the magazines.

Timeline – What is the typical production timeline?

An average of 3 weeks once we get all the content needed to fill a 64 pages magazine. Our Redaction Team needs less than a week for the Master Print. The Press requires close to 2 weeks to print the magazines. Plus shipping time for those who ordered the magazine.

Team Special Edition and Program Booklets?

The Team Special Edition Magazine can be used as fundraisers by clubs. They keep 60% of their advertisement sales, and can buy the magazines in bulk at reduced rates for a resale profit.
We also provide FREE recital-show Booklets. the booklets are 28 pages 8 X 5.5 inches full color high quality paper. We require minimum 3 months prior to the event to ensure proper delivery and printing time.

What is the typical print run or circulation range for your editions?

We cannot provide such data as there are multiple variables involved. We are not a monthly magazine with repeating distribution point of sale.

Our distribution varies to our advertisers target market. The magazines have a unique concept. We guarantee local advertisers that local athletes will pick up their free magazines at their place of business. It is a Win-Win situation... Athletes get published and get a free magazine, but they need to go to the advertiser stores to pick up their free copies.

For Brand Names and National Outlets, they decide their geographic target areas and the amount of magazines sent to waiting rooms, participating stores, sporting facilities, community services and all other places they want their ads to be viewed. This is a Direct Marketing method using the magazines to encourage publishing of local talents in which the magazines will be distributed according to the advertiser targeted geographical market.

These are for our regular magazines... Team Special Editions are mainly distributed locally and varies according to advertisement proceeds.

What is the name of the publishing company and background of the organization?

Les Publications Talent Media Publishing Inc (Quebec Incorporation) Our founding owner was a gymnastics coach who was the NSW Australia State Coaching Director and involved in the preparation of the 1992 Olympic Barcelona Australian Team.

Are clubs expected to sell advertising or purchase bulk copies in a Team Feature edition?

NO... There are no obligations to buy or sell anything... Our Mission is truly to Encourage Talents, Promote Self-Esteem, Recognize Achievements and Give Merits to Establishments who Develop them... Our expenses are covered by our own advertisers.

It is an option for clubs to sell advertisement in the magazine as a fundraising activity and keep 60% of their ad sales... But no obligations to do so.

Are there any expectations for clubs regarding the promotion of events, sponsors, or programs?

NO expectations at all... none whatsoever... but the magazines are a great media to advertise their own events, sponsors, and programs at their own discretions and initiatives.

Organizations and clubs promote sponsors, will there be any conflict with advertisement?

We do not conflict with clubs and organizations sponsors and advertisers. We prioritize the club and organization advertisers over ours, and we encourage them to profit from their advertisers. For Federations and Organizations, we can replace the 60% club fundraising income to a negotiated rate to cover the cost of production of the magazines. Those institutions usually request our 128 pages collection binded magazine.
